nervous is my middle name


my very first time dealing with fresh flowers. thanks ieza sbb belikan bunga (kes tak sempat nk bawak dari melaka..




Placing fresh flowers into cakes is not a big Deal even bende ni yg aku dok risau selama ni but nk make sure bunga segar the day before event tu yg problem esp rural area. kan best kalau duduk CH. 2 hours before majlis pi petik bunga. kompem freshh sepanjang masa :p



Note to Myself : Wajib beli BIG fridge yg boleh menyimpan segala jenis khazanah/cake accessories.. satu bende setel bende lain pulak nk pk.. never ending storyyy!

aku dulu pun takujt2 tapi kali ni terpaksa since adik sendiri nk lain sikit.. so what i did, aku potong kuntum bunga, salut dgn alummunium foil supaya getah bunga tak accidently transfer kat kek. if fondant senang sikit kot sbb gula atas tu. so cucuk kat gula lapis n i dont think people will eat atas. kalau buttercream, buat camni selamat. cuma yg lecehnya proses ni kene buat at least sejam or 2 jam sebelum even sbb takut layu. silap aritu satu je, bunga dh layu dulu before letak kat kek. so next time, simpan bunga elok2 dlm fridge. sembur2 sikit air mineral before place into cake. jadi ala2 segar bugar...ah ko sure boleh! i admirer ur fondant yg mini cake tu.. serious!
