customer takmo icing/buttercream. so i challenge myself pakai fresh cream. mmg rasa dia wayyy delicious tp kene handle with extra care! order dari mazlinda (petronas sg udang). Thanks babe :)

full figure. amik dari jauh je sbb pakai bb. i guna cake board 13 inch. so boleh imagine besar dia :) .

Challenging Week

mmg seram sgt last week coz i have toooo many cakes to bake. cupcakes > 200 pcs, +-10 big cakes (normal order, engagement & wedding) .. sgt seriau sbb at the same time kene attend office, dept & vendor meeting..i was praying hard yg everyone in the house sihat2 so that i can concentrate & prepare mental to deliver cake ikut stended customer. since skang ni no more late nite baking (kol 12 wajib tdo! faktor umur baaaa, esok mau pi keje). so just imagine la bape byk je masa yg ada.. huk huk... last2 terpaksa tolak prinsip kejap & stay up until 1am.. pastu mmg dozed off teruih!


sometimes i feel like i'm trying too hard konon nk jadi cool & takmo pressure sbb bile pressure cake pun affected.. terpaksa buat2 tak tau n bake je tanpa pandang kanan kiri.. i hope i was strong enuff to face all this challenge sbb sabtu tu pagi2 nk kene zasss ke JB (2 days-wedding-vacation skali.. hehe) .. alhamdulillah, once u have this passion..walau tension camner pun, last2 happy ending jugak.. semangat sbb nk rehat puas2 kat jb. haih, takyah cite pressure la.. behind the scene tu biar saya rasa sorg2.

wedding gift! last minute bake utk neighbour & kawan kat jb.. sian kitorg dpt makan 2-3 biji je. err i'm loving it! (maybe sbb jarang dpt rasa psl mmg kalau buat tu sure abis, 2-3 org customer) .. last batch bake ni @12midnite (battery mmg dh drained abis.. tp alhamdulillah, rv tak meragam & super moist!)

ordered by new customer utk hubby yg baru balik belayar.. ni kali ke-3 dlm 2 minggu ni dpt order dari ahli pelayaran.. hehe..

order dari jauh, australia tu! hehe.. thanks zrett.. nnti one day ko balik kite p makan2 kay :)

I wanna make confession.. i love making tiramisu! i start falling in love with this cake when i first baked it during my hubby's birthday. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Italian genius who found this recipe and share it to the world!

The Love Continues To Grow ..

Hello.. hello.. how's your day? mine cam biasa la, keje, kemas, masak (once in a blue moon), laundry and baking! tak sbr tgu weekend sbb once dh all out weekdays so weekend boleh lepak2, mls2 & having my own ME time...



Ikut hati lagi suka dok rumah, belek2 apa yg patut rather dari penat2 sesak2 keluar.. tp sometimes nk keluar jugak lagi2 kalau byk brg out of stock.. actually, skang ni looking fwd nk browsing shopping mall sbb rasa2 dh outdated gila2.. dulu2 suka la window shopping rileks2 then berangan.. nowadays, p shopping mall pun jalan cepat2 sbb byk bende nk settle.. 24 hours pun tak cukup eh? ke sendiri tak pandai manage masa??? hehehehe



Em.. as i promised from todays onwards i'll try my best to update innocent (?) cake with pricing since ramai tanya harga.. fyi, i didnt really bake ikut kgs sbb mcm leceh nk timbang2. but to those yg nk arange bigger celebration, i can adjust lebih kurang.. agak2 bape adunan sesuai.. one more thing, since i'm not askillful cake maker.. design pun ikut keadaan.. kalau nk novelty cakes yg canggih2 mmg tak done buat masa ni.. my design semua express2 since i just did this as part timer.. hehehe.. janji bahagia kan??
