Drink This!: COFFEE (slowly switched to coffee..before ni mmg tak amik langsung!)
my choice : McDonald Brewed coffee.. sedap!

FOR LONG-TERM MEMORY
Eat This!: BLUEBERRIES

TO THINK FASTER
Eat This!: SALMON OR MACKEREL
my choice : does sardine mackerel count??? i'm a big fan of sardines.. hehe

TO ENERGIZE:
Eat This!: HIGH-PROTEIN SALAD WITH VINAIGRETTE
my choice : salad ni amik skali skala je.. but i feel more energetic when eating chocolate..

TO CALM DOWN
Eat This!: LOW-FAT YOGURT OR MIXED NUTS
my choice : i loveeee yogurt.. plain pun ok.. :D


TO CONCENTRATE
Eat This!: PEPPERMINT TEA
my choice : japanese green tea.kalau minum yg peppermint ni rasa mcm makan ubat gg je .. haha


FOR SHARPER SENSES
Eat This!: 1 TBSP OF GROUND FLAXSEED DAILY (ape ke bende ni?)
my choice : sambal ijauu.. haha.. really works for me!
