Carrot Cake

I'm not a big fan of carrot cake (tak reti makan.. hehe) .. but since this cake fall under traditional n evergreen cake, so wajib kene tahu buat. lagipun kek ni ada range peminatnya yg tersendiri.. so, for those yg minat healthy and spice cake mmg sesuai la kan.. hihi


previously, i ada bake few cake under this category.. but i think this is the most successfull cake so far . err mind you, sbb sengaja nk nmpk tinggi i use 8" inch cake pan walaupun resepinya adalah guna 9 inch.. maka, terpaksala bake selama sejam lebih. huhu .. mmg cuak masa menunggu tu.. but i think it's worth it! ok, must find time to bake for myself n ajar ff makan cake healthy ni :)

girlfriend dia wajib cream cheese
