YBTC Exclusive!

last week adalah minggu yg mengujakan buat saya. i had few assignment yg best2 dan challenging. ok, maybe biasa je but for me mmg interesting! best sbb buat order for different peoples yg sgt2 nk merasa air tangan saya. seriously, i feel appreciated when somebody teruja nk order and of cos kene buat sehabis baik supaya saya tidak menghampakan harapan diorg.


ok, let's talk about this cake. actually kek ni ordered by hubby's friend. lelaki you! huhu.. the best thing, masa order ni dia ckp camni;


"you buatla kek apa2, kek you semua sedap, i trust you je la. money's not an issue"


seriously, sometimes aku pk. i'm the most luckiest one. most of my customer mmg jenis tak berkira. but of coz la kite takleh tamak & amik kesempatan. my prinsip: if you charge gila babeng, sekali tu je la org nk beli. 2 kali, baik dia pi SR ke CB ke. but still, i calculate some logic figure. win-win situation gitu ;)


ok.. so masa terima order ni terus ku ligat berfikir;


i)diorg ni kire pengantin baru sbb baru kawin. of cos la nk buat speciall kan. dh tu, kek ni kire surprise birthday kek pulak. hubby delivered kek ni jam 1215mlm. huhu. (err umah dekat je, so bolehla buat special delivery.. huhuhu)


pk punye pk, then dpt tips from sis millie.. i bulatkan hati test chrysanthemum and mix dgn few roses. masa mula2 pi kat florist (kedai ni baru discover, my colligue tunjukkan. thanks kak norreha. nnti kek you 25hb ni i buat special2 tauu) mmgla rambang mata. adoii, if i'm not a cake baker maybe i jadi florist kot? sbb dari kecik berangan laa nk jadi florist. tingat adala kejadian pinjam topi ladang mak pastu amik basket then pi petik roses kat halaman umah. hahaha.. konon2 alice in wonderland laaa...


mula2 nk test red roses, tp sbb red roses dia mcm layu. tetiba hati teruja tgk pink roses. pulak tu ada matching pinky chrysanthemum pulakk. sudahhh!!! terus ku excited gileee.. lepas bungkus + siap kapas lembap, drove back to office..


still, kene take few precaution masa guna bunga ni. since this is not edible, so i just use this type of flowers for adult's order je. kids tunggu aunty yulie terer gentel fondant ye :p


how i did it? i balut 3-4 kali batang bunga dgn aluminium foil before cucuk terus kat kek. and i balut kek dgn food wrapper. jenuh? mmg.. tp suka punye pasal tak rasa pun letih tu.. haha. for delicious effect, i siram cho ganache tu just before hantar. so mmg bebetul freshh.. adding some love choc as signage of love... i hope they love it!

shining choc ganache, tips? pls use the best whipping cream which made from heaven :p
