the most frightening moment i've been experienced (so far)

:

jumping into baking world is not an easy thing. kalau setakat nk baking suka2 makan sendiri okla.. but when u involved third party, you hold responsible to make them satisfied. kalau tak 100% at least 80% ...


i think this is the standard phase yg semua org kene lalui. walaupun menakutkan tapi kene gone thru and i treat it as a part of learning process.


ok, meh aku senaraikan ketakutan yg aku dh alami setakat ni:


a) over sweet!! - bende ni selalu jadi kalau follow exactly english recipe. i hate kek manis! i wish i have more than 24 hours so that aku bleh try dulu everything..


b) mesyy decorations - i hope tgn ketar ni bleh disingkirkan dgn segera. i feel over excited bile piping icing. basic deco pun still weak lagi.. nk pi kelas yg memenuhi spesifikasi & i need more than 24 hours alone without interruption! huhu


c) high imagination - need more research to fulfill everyone's desire. ok, bukan keje senang.. hopefully slowly boleh improved! chayok! chayok!


d) to get moist cake/cupcake - i love moist cake! so far kek besar tak penah menghampakan. but cupcake sometimes tak capai standard moist yg ditetapkan. so yesterday, i make little research & i found it! ok, insyallah lepas ni takde lagi cupcake kejap moist kejap tak.. hihi


e)to find the best frosting - so far i've tried icing frosting, cream cheese & simple choc ganache. seriously tak penah try whipping cream lagi. my next project will be whipping cream sbb kurang manis & sesuai utk bday party. cuma maybe tak tahan panas.. kene wat research.




last but not least, bukan senang nk senangkan..


hopefully i won't give up!

meh citer satu kisah horror. masa i 18 keje kedai cookie ala famous amos. come v-day tetiba kuar version cookie besar dipanggil cakie. mind u in that shop, we bake, we serve n we operate cash register. skali ada pulak sesi deco2 on top of that cakie. ya rabbi none of us is qualified baker tp disebabkan i agak steady n a bit artistic, i lah kena buat orders yg sgt byk. ntah senget-benget n fugly je rupanya buat beratus order in 1 day. apalah agaknya customers sumpah us. nasib bkn kedai sendiri!

kak kay, i salute you. kalau i mesti dh berpeluh ketiak. bile dh byk2 ni mmgla stress n cuak. risau kalau org tak suka. camner la org bukak kedai ek?? takleh imagine. agaknya kalau i bukak kedai mesti kurus kering sbb tak lalu makan memikirkan product. march ni kene buat utk adik nikah. skang dh start stress pk.. haha..

akak pun down jugak 2-3 hari lepas. bile down jadi malas + stress + ngntuk. benciinyaaaaaa perasaan tu. sib baik arini dh ok.. hehe
kene psyco diri sendiri yg senang sgt demotivated ni. nnti akak cite camner boleh semangat balik..
