jadikan weighing scale teman setia. lagi bagus kalau beli yg digital. so naik 0.01kg pun boleh rasa. my experience, kalau makan tak berenti 2 hari mmg terus naik. then, esoknya kurangkan makan so that weighing scale jadi normal balik (mcm physco la pulak.. takpela, kang dh over2 weight kene spend money lak kan.. baik g beli mirror tinggi tepek kat dinding depan meja makan takpun beli sport rim takpun beli new gold necklace tak pun beli bath set ala2 hotel tepek dlm master bathroom takpun beli tv Plasma Sony takpun beli gucci handbag yg sgt meliurkannnn ituuu.. ok cukup)

puasa & sahur oat. utk tenaga pulak i consume Qaseh Adinda -psss nnti cite details ( ramuan pati kurma, madu, zaitun, tiin, za'faran, habbatus sauda', air zam-zam, gingko biloba, sireh, pegaga dan berbagai herba terpilih) sekiranya diamalkan, anda sendiri boleh rasa pergerakan urat2 perut kalau terover makan. bonus: cepat sikit abis ganti puasa & boleh puasa2 sunat pulak

zipp your mouth and pepandai la manage carbo intake. in my case, weekend adalah masa utk bergumbira. so i don't mind makan berat 3 kali sehari .. hari2 biasa, i took heavy breakfast, fruity fruit for lunch & nasi utk dinner (ni jelah masa bleh ngadap husband makan sama2 kan.. kan.. kan...) . or kalau nk lunch, i amikla light breakfast.. oh ye, lagi satu cth: jumaat kan hari outing bagi ladies2 kan, time ni la nk makan pizza, mCd, kfc or sebagainya.. so pagi tu makan la roti 50 sen.. barula keseimbangan dicapai.. hehe..

choose your right undies. sound funny kan, tapi seriously boleh dijadikan ala2 corset yg menentang lemak2 lembik. the best thing pilih yg je yg dlm jusco tu.. murah & best pulakk.. haha (esp utk sape2 yg c-sect, my own experience ni! hihi)

for those who wearing hijab, make sure tajamkan sikit depan tudung tu utk effect muka runcing. few monts ago ada x-schoolmate tego 'yulie, ko wat surgery ke?'.. haha.. ni la hasil penajaman tudung bawal yg berterusan (esp utk muka2 chubby mcm kes aku!). kalau bukak tudung, mmg nmpak chubby punnnn... takpela, rezeki tu..

skinny jeans + tunic/blouse yg cover muntut is the best style! menzahirkan effect tinggi dan ramping :).

jadikan camera phone sbg control agen. kalau nmpk pipi lebih2 tembam then i jump to either tips #3 or tips #4.. hehe. (tu yg nmpk gile capture self pictures. haha)

sokong anak anda menjadi future sprinter. kire lari2 kejar dia tu exercise laa.. hehehe



conclusionnya, nk dpt body cam model2 tu hazabla kan.. tapi as long as fit & dpt puaskan hati sendiri, cukup dh bagi diriku ini..

masalah lepas makan usana + natasya kan, dlm 3 hari ko rasa berat ko turun giler pastu suar ko semua menyapu2 lantai wehh..

pastu aku dah xder duit dah nak beli baju baru suar baruu..sbbnye aku cerewet, tpi xyah beli tu semua nye nak, time kene beli semua la xberkenan haha
