entry to iszan

this ideas came across my mind after reading iszlurp previous post.
babe, i dedicate this entry to you

HOW TO GET FLAT SIX PACK ABS IN JUST 7 STEPS

1) get help from your little one. offer with her favorite drink (so that she won't complaint .. hehe
)
2)spend abt 30 sec to brief 'do & dont's'
3) adjust the right position (to make sure both of u wont hurt!)
4) count 1 to 10 - push up. lower your feet and repeat. keep thinking, good bye belly!
5)repeat step #4 ( be ready she might over-jumping ..hak hak)
6)imagine fat start melting
7)add a little humour so that she will enjoice this fun activity (esok2 dia plak yg demand suh buat.. at least ada la reminder.. hehehehe)
NO HL, NO PB - free solution, suitable during recession time

wah memang kena praktik ni.. hehehe.. tapi aku pun tak tau lah larat ke tak nak bangun dengan aqil syahmi atas perut aku..huhuhuhu.. 12 kilo tuh.. ff berapa kilo?

m'jah, ha a berkesan kalau buat tiap2 hari.. cuma nk attract dia suh duduk atas perut tu ada challenging sikit
iszan, meh2 dtg sini.. aku suh ff wat breakdance skali..

eh aku penah wat. tp bkn cara ni la. sbb anak aku baby lg. baby baring and ko merangkak, dier kt bwh ko and kiss dier.aku tgk senaman2 ni kt klinik.
