My Weekend

em, rasa rindu plak nk taip byk2 harini.. since ptg ni ada meeting (yeah, evening meeting -__-') so mcm ada gap masa nk mmembebel .. hehe..


so how's your weekend my lovely readers? mine mcm biasa busy je memanjang. ntah bile tak busy tak tau la kan.. hehe.. sometimes rasa penat, tp bila apa yg kite buat tu siap, rasa enjoy pulak.. jumaat tu mmg la maximum punya busy. since tunggu few customers. kali ni outsider (luar melaka) .. actually diorg tu returned customer.. tq adik nadia from bangi. dh 3 kali kot tak silap kita jumpa. penah jugaklah beli cake dpt mihun kes tgh2 tunggu dia termasak mihun byk. makan 2 org tak abis, ff bertuah la kan nk makan mihun. hehe.. rezeki nadia.. settle jumaat, lega rasa once semua delivered.. boleh la spend quality time watching fav movie ;) .. rasa release n ilang penat2 semua tu..


tiba sabtu, most awaited day sbb dh lama tunggu nk join baking class ni. since cake dia menarik2 n masa pulak mcm mengizinkan, so siapkan semua cake2 on friday termasuk nk bg hadiah aqiqah jiran sebelah.. sabtu tu, mmg dapur tutup. hee.. brunch terus since hubby nk tapau thai chicken rice so kirim nasi goreng belacan skali. sedap! mkn mmg licin.. hehe.. so siap2, gerak ke Geetha first sbb nk survey something then terus ke bakery. masa dtg tu ramai dh org, but luckily i dpt row depan. since ni demo class je (3 hours) so kene tgk betul2 tgn chef. sometimes bende yg dia buat tu mmg tak tulis dlm mana2 cake books, so bile tgk tu baru la kite dpt rahsia dia. this is the best thing joining class ni.. ikut hati semua class nk join, tp kene la berpijak di bumi yg nyata.. byk commitment ;)


ramai jugak attend petang tu.. dlm 36 org. so mmg gamat.. ramai otai2, so yg muda2 ni (muda ke? haha) .. buat2 diam n tgk je laa.. takpe, biar diam2 n ortg tak tau best gak kan.. hehe.. i'm blessed dgn apa yg ada skang. syukur alhamdulillah .. class ended @6pm++.. sian ff dh tdo kt car seat.. kejut n spent another quality time kt JJ.. tiba rumah 10pm. ok, jom tgk few piccas yg sempat snap before battery totally drained @630pm..

demo buat pavlova punya base. nmpk senang tp bile tgk, boleh tahan rumit. pass or fail, takde tgh2..
how to get the best pavlova? bake then tinggalkan dlm oven semalaman.. esok baru deco. phew!

filling dia awesome tp jenuh.. manual custard ye not instant one.. huhu
part ni suka.. variety of fresh fruits..
2 layers, 10 inch.. quite pricey sbb most of ingredients mmg mahal2..


my fav, cheesy carrot & walnut cake with cream cheese topping. patut sedap sbb pakai premium butter (anchor or scs) & cream cheese.. love this cake n insyaallah rasa kompiden nk buat since few techniques tu mcm dh apply before ni.. hopefully i can bake this cake as soon as possible :) .. love it!

vanilla cheezy fruit cocktail.. mak2 sure suka :) .. using premium butter jugak

my kid loves it!! wajib buat as her bday cake tahun ni. insyaallah ;)

using premium butter & italian buttercream. thinking to give option kot utk topping either (i) fresh cream or (ii) cream cheese .. italian buttercream tu tunggu mixer power beli.. hehe


then, ahad tu my best friend 'dr roha' come over.. so kids enjoy la makan2.. tp ff pulak conquer siap request " i want orange colour".. heheh.. priceless! *nadya n ff*

Depends kot. Luckily yg kelas saya p ni mmg sedapp n tak manis. Then guna buah2 masam, so rasa dia balance :)

Dah lama betul tak makan pavlova. Carrot cake pun! Saya nak carrot cake...ini lah masalah orang yang taknak/tak minat/memang malas nak baking Yulie...
