3 large banana (saya guna 4 biji pisang yang hampir lebam sbb takde org nk makan.. huhu)
1/2 cup white sugar
2 slightly beaten egg
1/3 cup melted butter (saya guna 1/2 cup butter keras.. sbb nk menggebuu)
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp evaporated milk *additional
1 1/2 cup flour (saya guna 1 cwn tepung gandumg + 1/2 tepung cake.. petua mak saya)
*preheat oven 170C, 8 minutes

mix mashed banana, sugar, egg and butter. mix it well. mix all the dry ingredient together. then add in the dry ingredient into the wet ingredient. mix it well and do not over stir it. Bake for 20 mins in preheated oven 175 celcius.
saya ubah sikit
(pakai mixer)
pukul butter + white sugar smpai creamy..
then add vanilla essence sikit
pakai spatula then, masukkan mashed banana..masukkan dry ingredients sikit demi sedikit.. then masukkan evaporated milk.. gaul smpai sebati..
last, masukkan dlm cup hampir penuh, baru nnti output cam cendawan.. hehe
bakar smpai brownish.. boleh add on choc chip/kismis/walnut kalau suka .. perfect for breakfast & kudap2 dgn family.. selamat mencuba!
