CNY FEVER!

lemon vanilla cupcakes. i pakai buttermilk skang. *woottt!*topping? cream cheese you!

all time fav; red velvet! customer jauh nunn di seremban (if i'm not mistaken. kalau salah sorry :P)

choc lover? combination of choc buttercream + choc ganache. pekat likat memikat!

repeat design; customer nk exactly mcm prev edition. hantaran ;)

yg ni i ralat sikit sbb kejar masa so tak sempat nk amik proper pictures. now waiting pengantin hantar gambar senonoh. actually this is my first trial making stacked cake for wedding. tgk mcm kecik kan, tp actually cake ni quite big. then berat gile pulak. i combined 3 layer cakes. 2 pcs= 7" and base tu adalah 9" cake. berat tak timbang sbb takut terlepas. huhuhu...


cakes ni unique sbb pengantin takmo bunga2. so i choose australian cheery (ya allah sedapp gile cherry ni even quite pricey!). so ala2 english wedding sikit. menyesalll tak sudah tak dpt snap gambar. dush!

but never mind, everything happens for a reason. i will use the same approach for my next big wedding march ni (BIL) but of cos la ada bende lain yg i will not reveal yet. nnti tak surprise la kan.. hehehehe.. actually masih memikirkan the best concept.. insyaallah doakan idea menjana dgn cemerlang ye sbb masih tu YBTC dh jadi ala2 wedding planner. (ishkk baju tak beli lagi ni.. lense je dh booking.. hua hua hua)


final batch, ada 3 kotak cupcakes hantaran yg tak smpat snap gambar. gile busyyyy cny aritu. i stucked kat kitchen smpai sbtu 4am! takpela.. cabaran + rezeki kan ;)



the next day, down with PMS for two days. GREAT ;)
