chocolate cheese cake

alhamdulillah, i think i've slowly recovered dari fobia buat cheese cake. rasa syok & eager pulak bile org request nk cheese cake. tula tak kenal maka tak cinta kannnn!


how to overcome fear? finally i got solution = buat byk kali .. practise make perfect kan? oh don't get me wrong, aku tak expert lagi sbb i noticed crust tu masih kerass. sbb kalau buat lembut payah pulak nk transfer and takut cacat. takpe, dh biasa makan biskut keras kan?? heheh.. taklah keras gile, ala2 gigit biskut gituu :p. cuma next time i kene pesan kat customer, the best way.. kene la potong kek ni pakai pisau yg tajam! huhu.. pls bear with me my dear, nnti kalau dh jumpa cara crust lembut tapi sedap surely aku akan apply!


maybe one day try pakai crust sponge cake, tapi best ke? personally i love oreo punye crust. i didn't compromised on quality as i believe, kalau kite maintain the good quality, people won't easily forget you and they will come again someday *wink*


as for decorations, nor want something lovely (bulan 12 ngn bulan 1 ni mmg bulan romantika si zoff & nor niiii) and looks classy (eh ni aku yg tambah! haha). kira kalau beli mcm tak ralat la invest big amount of money. seriously, cheese cake is a bit pricey sbb for this recipe alone, i use two packs of philedelphia cream cheese. seriously, tak pandang brand lain dh!.. then, i use anchor double whipping cream,fine castor sugar mix with brown sugar, fresh egg (gred A, wajib suhu bilik), fresh lemon and last but not least oreo crust. for topping, cam biasa wajib guna Beryl's dark chocolate which well mixed with anchor whipping cream dan menghasilkan kilatan yg boleh jadi cermin.. see.. i just reveal my secret!


why red leaf? i'm lucky to have my own sweet hubby as official photog. so mlm tadi dia komplen 'asyik buat bentuk bulat je susun strawberry ni. buat la lain sikit'.ntah mcmana, masa susun hirisan strawberry ni nmpk mcm half leaf. so, my dear hubby potongkan satu hirisan menjadi bentuk batang daun. maka jadilah ia RED LEAF!


and for choc ganache, as inspired by my moist choc cake.. i used the same technique. pakai sudu je you!.. hehe.. tips? ratakan dgn penuh kasih syg maka, jatuhan coklat tu akan lembut je mengalir ditepi kek. luckily kek ni kaler cream, so dia agak menonjol sikit and automatically effect classy akan tercipta. huhu..

Yulie..zoff mencanang cheese cake ko menjadikan air liur masing2 tak henti2 hahaha...

Nanti dia nak order 2 cheese cake tapi tarikh tak pasti...sebelum dia berhenti ni nanti dia nak sedekah kat org opis dia..

Ko standby je..nanti aku tepon bitau tarikh..
