Delay ....

Yup, you heard me sejak dua menjak ni mmg ada delay dlm memberi feedback order. bukan salah teknologi, bukan salah cuaca juga. bende yg harus dipersalah 100% adalah si baker ..



Managing two things in one time is not cool. apatah lagi kerja hakiki si baker suka benauu (tu dia ayat melaka dah mai)  buat adhoc meeting. sometimes when you text/wassap me.. aku tgh drive la takpun aku tgh pk alasan nk jawab dlm meeting.  tu yg delay tu (alasan hehe) .. kadangkala jua, soalan2 tu memerlukan jawapan yg bernas contohnya date bila free? boleh bg cadangan kek yg sesuai dgn anak saya? wahh, seriously takkan nk main jawab je kan .. sebagai baker muslimah yg lemah lembut & bersopan santun (ecehh), mestila saya perlukan sedikit masa untuk menjawab sbb perlu disertakan dgn jawapan yg tidak menghampakan kalian ..



Lagi satu, skang ni saya sedang mengamalkan cara hidup tanpa stress walaupun tuhan je la yg tahu kalau dh elok2 adjust masa tetiba kene panggil meeting kt KL nun (nowadays menghampiri once a week), maka anda paham2 sahajalah betapa saya cuba untuk berlaku adil kepada kerjaya, keluarga dan juga kek (3K)



So, saya akan mendahulukan order terhampir.. order yg jauh2 tu (sayu hati ni, bulan 5 pun dh ada org place order), maybe reserved date dlu.. dh hampir2 dlm seminggu camtu saya akan contact balik. kalau wedding selalunya saya feedback awal skit sbb saya faham situasi anda yg memerlukan backup plan andaikata saya tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan ..




Anyway, thanks for being nice to me. hanya tuhan yg dpt membalas kebaikan anda :)

From zero to dot dot dot

few months ago (somewhere in march) klu x silap i join another baking class ..

masa tu rasa mcm dh tepu kepala n rasa bersalah sbb xde product baru. seriously, bila kite dok buat satu bende yg sama spark tu mcm hilang so we intend to do something new. dokla nk kata adventerous or too ambitious sgt smpai takleh ada lag time. aku bukan kategori tu. kire aku ni slow jugak n mmg mkn masa nk venture into new things.

so diam x diam, di suatu hari sabtu yg sunyi aku pun p join baking class tu. affordable jugak sbb class fee cums rm100 for 5 ke 6 types of cakes. murah sb demo class je. once ada basic mmg boleh join sbb kt kelas tu kite hanya perati new technique yg chef nk ajar. deco2 tu takde sbb yg tu selalunya kelas lain.

byk jugak bende baru yg aku belajar esp part nk bb crust garing (pavlova) n nk bg rainbow cake tu not just a typical butter cake. mana2 kelas pun tips dia focus n jgm segan bertanya. biarlah org kata poyo or "eh camtu pun tak tau?". dh kite byr
kan, of cos kite nk every single cent tu berbaloi2. dok gitu?

another tips, balik kelas kene terus masuk dapur sbb nk bg ilmu lekat mmg kene praktikal terus ;)

once dh jadi ada lagi bitter sweet memories.. ye, feedback customer sgt penting walaupun pahit perlu ditelan jua hihi...

it took almost 6th months nk produced rainbow cake yg memenuhi citarasa sejagat eh no, majoriti .. special thanks to serra yg jd pengkritik sebenar. i think, opinion ko yg details n membina buatli sedar dari mimpi .. yup, after ku ommit 1 ingredient asal . now boleh start senyum baca feedback customer lain. love u sera ⛅
